For those who quite sure that they have a spiritual disease then the best thing you can do, before you start studying my latest ruqya method, “THE ADVANCED 7 STAGE”, is to do RELIEF RUQYA 4.0 and then start studying how to do thorough ruqya diagnoses because after completing this Relief Ruqya 4.0 and strengthening your pathways, you will be ready for the next step in my ruqya methodology, namely “The thorough ruqya diagnoses”.
This RELIEF RUQYA 4.0 will stop the attacks of the jinn and will stop the renewal of sihr and it will also stop you getting other spiritual diseases.

STEP 1. STOP ALL SINS & DO ALL YOUR OBLIGATIONS EG PRAYING 5 TIMES, BEING KIND & DUTIFUL TO PARENTS, NOT LISTENING TO MUSIC, NO MAKE UP, NO JEWELLERY, NO HENNA, PROPER HIJAB, GROWING A BEARD, NOT TRIMMING BEARD, NO RIBA, ETC. If you are unsure what sins you may have, then speak to someone who has more knowledge than you and ask them to help you identify your sins. If you don’t stop sinning, the Relief Ruqya 4.0 won’t work. In fact, any ruqya you do won’t work because of your sins!

STEP 2. Salah Tauba for those who have some of the sins mentioned above or other sins. Make a fresh wudu (even if you already have wudu) and then 2 pray rakahs and then make a sincere tauba for all the sins you know and all of the sins you don’t know or don’t remember, while you are still in salah and just before the final Salams. If you are still confused about how to do salah tauba then please ask those you have more knowledge than you or do a internet search.
STEP 3. Then do relief ruqya 4.0 for 30 minutes using just surahs falaq & nass and after 30 minutes blow in hands and wipe your face & body. (In other videos, I may have advised 20 minutes but 30 minutes seems better from experience)
STEP 4. Then make two duas for 10 to 15 minutes using this sentence. *”O ALLAH I am making these TWO duas to YOU”.*
STEP 5. Then make salah on the Nabi salalahu alayhi wasalam for 10 to 15 minutes with the same two duas but now the two duas become two intentions.
STEP 6. Then using the intention below, do the All-In-one diagnosis to check your pathways are at 100% using Surahs falaq and nass….Keep repeating surahs falaq and nass until you get good ruqya reactions from Allah.
STEP 7. Do the last diagnosis below to see if you are ready for THOROUGH RUQYA DIAGNOSES. If you get a reaction then can start the Thorough Ruqya Diagnoses to see what spiritual diseases you have and what information about your spiritual diseases that Allah wants you to have. IF YOU DON’T GET A REACTION, THEN DO STEPS 3 TO 7 AGAIN. IF YOU STILL DON’T GET A REACTION THEN DO STEPS 1 TO 7 AGAIN.

THE TWO Duas & TWO INTENTIONS for Salah on the Nabi salalahu alayhi wasalam (THIS IS NOT RUQYA).
These are the two duas, which are also the two intentions for the salah on the Nabi salalahu alayhi wasalam.
1. O ALLAH PICK UP ALL the Spiritual Diseases with this ruqya treatment I will do, that only YOU know I have & in the BEST WAY that ONLY YOU know, so that I can get relief and then worship YOU better and then do my thorough ruqya diagnoses in peace.
