R1) MY DRY FLAKY SKIN DISEASE  STORY

This disease of mine wasn’t just one disease. Unlike my itchy skin disease, which was probably just one disease and has now gone Alhamdulillah.

My current dry flaky skin disease, I thought it was the previous one that had returned but diagnosis showed it was a new one (DON’T FORGET! WE CAN DIAGNOSE THEM BECAUSE ALLAH CONVERTS THEM INTO SDs). This is the only lingering disease I got now. So every time I get a new version of it, even if it looks exactly the same, I will write a new intention for it (with exactly the same wording and a number or you could add: All of my CURRENT flaky dry skin disease(s) or All of my flaky skin disease(s) 2,  (So that you know you are referring to another disease and you don’t get confused when you look at your own intentions. Please don’t use LATEST BUT USE CURRENT) and then add it to your intentions.

R2) SELF INFLICTED NON-SDs

You might have stopped eating a particular food that was halal and good for some reason eg the food reminded you of something or someone. But it ended up becoming a non-SD in your case.

I had picked up some non-SD that I would never believe is a disease. I forced myself not to do a particular action anymore which was completely permissible to do….but it turns out that this had become a NON-SD.

R3) BAD HABIT DISEASE(S)

You can write this as “All my bad habit disease(s)” or “All my bad habits disease(s)”…..BUT NOT “All my bad habit(s) disease(s)”

Please use this writing rule when you are writing to define your other Non-SDs 

I had a bad habit of praying Sunnah prays sitting down….this is acceptable and not sinful……This was fine when I was ill with my spiritual diseases but now I am cured, I need to break this bad habit and pray my Sunnah prayers standing unless there is acceptable reason eg prayer area restricted.

You might be rushing your prayers regularly or only doing the wudu actions once regularly etc…You are not sinful for doing wudu actions once but you have made the occasional action, a regular action…..which could end up being a bad habit disease – meaning that you would find it difficult to break this bad habit and you would need Relief Ruqya for NON-SDs to help you break this bad habit.

Possible examples of such Bad Habit Disease(s)

All of my praying sitting down disease(s)

All of my rushing salah disease(s)

All of my rushing Surah Fatiha in salah disease(s)

All of my rushing tasbeeh in salah disease(s)

All of my rushing Quranic reading disease(s)

Basically, look at your life and see where you have bad habits and write up intentions for them and then add them to your intentions. FIRST check bad habits that are to do with worship and then check the other bad habits.

RULE: Every bad habit disease(s) is a self inflicted disease…..but not every self inflicted disease is a bad habit disease. For example, the above self inflicted disease that I had, where I would stop myself doing a particular action. This wasn’t a bad habit because it wasn’t something I regularly do. I only did the action once in my life and then I said to myself I AM NEVER DOING THAT AGAIN (when it was completely halal to do again). I never had the opportunity to really do the action again….so it wasn’t a bad habit. Another example is that someone said to themselves “I am no longer eating this particular fruit again because it reminds me of someone I hate”. 

 

S) ALSO VISIT THE DOCTORS AND TAKE THE MEDICINES THEY GIVE YOU. You can also take the medications that don’t need a doctor’s prescription and which you can buy from a pharmacy. REMEMBER WE CAN COMBINE BOTH TYPES OF MEDICINE BECAUSE BOTH HAVE BEEN MADE PERMISSIBLE BY ALLAH! WE SHOULDN’T SEE THE DOCTOR’S MEDICINES AS USELESS OR BELITTLE THEM. THEY HAVE THEIR PLACE IN A COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT PLAN.

T) Good NEWS – This intention for Relief Ruqya for NON-SD(s) gets added to your pathways and therefore Allah will help you while you are sleeping, etc, just like how Allah helps you against SD(s) eg Jinn attacks while you sleep.
